China: Referral can only be submitted by properly filling out this form. Completed forms can either be (a) handed to any Regus staff at the Front Desk or (b) faxed to +86 21 6149 8108 or (c) mailed to Shanghai Silver Center (Silver Center, 1388 North Shaan Xi Road, Shanghai 200060, CHINA) or Beijing China Life Tower (5/F China Life Tower, 16 Chaoyangmenwai Street, Chaoyang District, Beijing 100020, CHINA).

• The Regus referral program is subject to standard Regus terms & conditions
• Referrals can not be made retrospectively
• Submission of a referral indicates acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
• Reward vouchers will be calculated based on the referred client's contract length and product type
• Referrals must be for a new contract only, and the minimum contract durations are: Offices - 3 months, Virtual Offices or Virtual Offices Plus - 3 months, Meeting Rooms - 1 day, Businessworld Gold (any level) - 12 months, Businessworld Platinum/Platinum Plus (any level) - 6 months
• Shopping voucher award details: A shopping voucher equivalent to RMB1,000 will be awarded for any successful referral of an office contract with a minimum term of 3 months, A shopping voucher equivalent to RMB500 will be awarded for any successful referral of a Virtual Office or Virtual Office Plus contract with a minimum term of 3 months, A shopping voucher equivalent to RMB300 will be awarded for any successful referral of a Meeting Room one day contract, A shopping voucher equivalent to RMB300 will be awarded for any successful referral of a businessworld gold (any level) contract with a minimum term of 12 months, A shopping voucher equivalent to RMB500 will be awarded for any successful referral of a businessworld platinum (any level) contract with a minimum term of 6 months, A shopping voucher equivalent to RMB500 will be awarded for any successful referral of a businessworld platinum plus (any level) contract with a minimum term of 6 months
• Customers are only eligible to claim their reward once the referred client has signed a contract, paid the full deposit and have been a Regus client for a minimum of 30 days
• If a customer gives notice on their product or terminates their contract prior to the 30 day period the offer is not applicable
• Referrals cannot be for a sister company or a colleague working for the same company
• In the event of multiple clients referring the same contact/company, only the first referral Regus receive will be eligible for the reward
• The referral will only be accepted if the enquiry has not previously been entered into any Regus system
• The reward is as stated, and is not redeemable for cash. Regus reserves the right to provide alternative rewards or a broadly equivalent value
• Regus cannot provide any details or contracts signed on account of confidentiality obligations to all new clients
• Employees of Regus and their immediate families are not eligible to take part in the Regus Referral Program
• Regus reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time
• Entrants must be aged 18 or over
• The promotion is a non-tax paid program. Individuals are responsible for declaring any prizes to their local tax authority if required and paying any tax liability arising from receipt of any prizes
• Under the data protection legislation of various countries, we are required to particularly draw your attention to the fact that by participating in the Regus Rewards Program and in order to make it possible for Regus to perform its obligations under the Program, you accept and explicitly authorise that Regus, its subsidiaries and appointed third party agents, need to know and hold your personal information which is supplied by you during the course of the Program. We need this information in order to process and fulfil your orders, to let you know the status of your order, to address any queries regarding your order, and tailor the rewards program based on your order data
• We may also disclose your information to our appointed third party agents in order to process your order, for example, to courier companies who deliver goods to you on our behalf. These third parties will only have access to your information in order for them to perform specific tasks related to your order and they may not use it for any other purposes
• Clients are not eligible to qualify for the promotion if they are in arrears
• This program is valid till 31st December, 2011
