Silver Centre is a 17-storey A Grade building managed by Regus offering a range of workspace options, a fully equipped conference centre and ground floor retail outlets. It is located in the emerging business district of Putuo, a 5 minute taxi ride to Nanjing Road West CBD, famous for business, designer shops, luxury hotels and service apartments. Just 10 minutes walk is Tong Le Fang, the new Xintiandi. A newly opened 20,000m2, RMB200 million project, Tong Le Fang has turned a cluster of old factories in Jing An District into a upmarket complex of 400 bars, clubs, pubs, restaurants, cafes, shops and galleries.
The workspace options in Silver Centre range from 10m2 to 5000 m2. You can choose from a Regus Managed Suite to a full service business centre.
Regus Managed Suites give you the opportunity for your own workspace but without the costs of fit-out, cabling, PABX and operating costs such as repairs, insurance, security, maintenance.
On each of the 12 floors of Managed Suites there is a pantry plus you have access to a café on level 1. Reception and front desk services are provided in the building lobby by highly trained bilingual staff. Reception and call answering services can be provided on each floor if requested. Lobby signage is available and signage on each floor is also available. Suite layouts can be tailored to individual requirements.
The Regus Business Centre in Silver Centre is three floors of fully-furnished and equipped workspaces which come with state-of-the-art technologies and are staffed with professionally trained administrative and IT personnel to run your office. The Regus Conference Centre is a floor of 18 fully-equipped meeting rooms,capacity up to 300 person. Rooms are available on demand – from interview rooms for 2 or 4 people to training and conference rooms for 60 to 180. There is also a videoconferencing studio and a full-service kitchen is available to meet your catering requirements.

Silver Centre is close to the city elevated highway and is a short 5 minute taxi ride to the Nanjing Road West CBD. It is also close to the domestic airport and Shanghai Railway Station. A new metro line will be completed in 2008 and the nearby station will be an easy 5 minute walk.
